1. Paper Standardization: Authors of reports on original research have to provide a truthful summary of the work done and an unbiased analysis of its relevance. The article should appropriately depict the underlying data. A paper should include enough information and citations to let someone else duplicate the work. False or deliberately incorrect comments are inappropriate and represent unethical behavior. Articles for reviews and professional publications should be truthful and unbiased as well, and editorial works should be explicitly labeled as such.
2. Data Access: When requested to provide raw data for editorial review, authors should be ready to make that data accessible to the public if at all possible and, in any case, to keep that data on hand for a fair amount of time following publication.
3. Originality and Plagiarism: The writers should make sure that their writing is wholly unique and that, if they do utilize someone else's words or work, they have properly credited or quoted them. Plagiarism may take many different forms, such as misrepresenting one work as the author's own, copying or summarizing significant portions of another paper without giving credit, or claiming the findings of other people's study. All types of plagiarism are forbidden and represent unethical publication behavior.
4. Concurrent Publication: In general, an author shouldn't submit articles that effectively describe the same study to more than one journal or principal publication. It is unacceptable to simultaneously submit the same paper to several journals, which is considered unethical publishing behavior. It would also affect its visibility on the web.
5. Acknowledgement of Sources: Always give due credit to other people's contributions. Citations for works that had a significant impact on understanding the nature of the reported work are required.
6. Paper Authorship: Only individuals who significantly contributed to the idea, design, implementation, or interpretation of the reported research should be given the privilege of authorship. Co-authors should be named for everyone who contributed significantly. Other people who have contributed to the research endeavor in meaningful ways should be recognized or identified as contributors when applicable. The corresponding author is responsible for making sure that the work has all suitable co-authors, none of whom are inappropriate, and that all co-authors have read the final version of the manuscript, approved it, and agreed to its submission for publication.
7. Conflicts of Interest: Any financial or another significant conflict of interest that may be taken to have an impact on the findings or interpretation of a paper should be disclosed by all authors in the publication. Disclosure of all funding sources for the project is required.
8. Future errors in published works: It is the responsibility of the author to contact the publisher or journal editor as soon as a serious mistake or inaccuracy in the author's own published work is found, and to work with the editor to withdraw or fix the manuscript.
9. Unethical Human or Animal Subjects: The author must make it appear in the text whether the work uses any substances, techniques, or tools that have any special risks inherent in their usage.

Article Publication Charges: All stages in the publication process is FREE OF CHARGE.
Peer Review: All publications submitted to UJER go through preliminary inspections before being allocated to at least two separate specialists for a double-blind review procedure. Along with the evaluations, the reviewers will also provide their suggestions to the editorial office. Once all the evaluations have been received, the Editorial Board will make a decision about the submissions. There will be one of the following decisions:
Accept
Accept with minor revision
Accept with major revision
Revise and Resubmit
Reject
The authors will be informed of the review's findings, and they will be notified via email whether their work is approved for publication. If a manuscript is turned down for publication, it cannot be accepted again.
Research Socials
Since this is a free publication, authors are required create (if they don't have) Google Scholar, Research Gate and Academia accounts. This will help the journal increase its visibility on the web as it aims to be known globally.
Authors shall use their corporate or education domain email addresses in order to register to the research social accounts.
Article Withdrawal Policy & Charges:
Pre-Publication Withdrawal: If the author(s) requests a withdrawal of the manuscript within 48 hours after submission, they may do so without incurring any withdrawal fees.
Post-Publication Withdrawal: Authors must pay a withdrawal penalty if they seek to remove their manuscript after peer review, during the production stage of articles that have been typeset but have not yet been officially published, or online. He or she will pay the following price:
Per Article after peer-review: $60
Per Article after peer-review and typesetting: $85
However, after publishing, withdrawals are not allowed.
If an article is determined to be in violation of the journal's ethical publication criteria, the publisher has the power to withdraw it (such as multiple submissions, fake claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, etc.).
