Article Preparation Guidelines
UJER welcomes the following: original research articles, action research, phenomenological studies, autoethnographic studies, scoping review, systematic review, scientific research, historical research, case studies, grounded theory studies, experimental research, and developmental studies.
Manuscript title: The title should be in English, not more than 15 words, and must not contain abbreviations.
Author Information: Full names (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name) and affiliation of all contributing authors (Institution and Address) and includes contact details of corresponding author (Telephone, and E-mail address).
Abstract: The abstract should convey the issue concisely, identify the extent of the experimental effort, indicate significant data, and highlight the key results and conclusions. It should also be instructive and entirely self-explanatory. In no more than 300 words, the abstract should summarize the manuscript's substance. Standard terminology must be used; abbreviations are not permitted. The preferred structure should include the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusion. A list of keywords (5–6) and abbreviations should be included after the abstract.
Introduction: The introduction should establish the atmosphere of the work by making a clear statement about the research, outlining relevant literature on the topic, and outlining the suggested strategy or solution. To attract readers from a variety of scientific areas, the introduction should be broad in scope.
Materials and Methods: An extensive summary of the study's design should be included in this section of the paper. There should be detailed descriptions of the materials or participants, the treatments, the comparisons, and the many forms of analysis. Only innovative processes, however, should be reported in full detail; all other procedures should be mentioned and significant changes to previously published methods should be briefly explained. Trade names should be capitalized and include the name and location of the maker. It is also important to emphasize how the statements are supported by theory.
Results: The experiment's full description, which is necessary to support the study's conclusion, should be included in the part that presents the findings. When summarizing the outcomes of the authors' experiments, the results should be expressed in the past tense. Findings that have already been published must be written in the present tense. Results and analysis might be presented together or in a separate section. Guesswork, supposition, and in-depth analyses of the data should be provided in the discussion section rather than the findings.
Acknowledgment: It contains acknowledgments of individuals, resources, grant information, etc.
References: References must follow the APA 7th edition and in alphabetical order. A minimum of at least 15 sources with live links or DOI is required. Because all references will be linked electronically as much as possible to the papers they cite, proper formatting of the references is important. Please use the following style for the reference list:

Tables: Tables should be created with the fewest number references feasible. Authors are highly encouraged by UJER to provide tables in.doc format. Tables must be written with single spacing, including headers and footnotes. Each table should be on a different page, have a header and a caption, and be sequentially numbered in Arabic digits. Tables must provide clear instructions without referencing the text. The specifics of the experimental procedures should ideally not be given in the text but rather in the legend. The same information shouldn't be duplicated in the text or shown in both table and graph form. It is possible to copy and paste individual cells from an Excel spreadsheet into a word document, but Excel files shouldn't be added as objects.
If the submission is in PDF format, the author is urged to save it in.doc format instead in order to help the process go smoothly.
Figures: The.doc, TIFF, and JPEG file formats are recommended for photographic pictures. Please give us the Photoshop files if authors have generated photos with various elements on distinct levels.
All pictures must be at or larger than their intended display size, with line art resolutions of 800 dpi, combination (line art + halftone) resolutions of 600 dpi, and halftone resolutions of 300 dpi. Additionally, the picture files should be cropped as closely as feasible to the original image.
For figures, use Arabic numbers, and for their components, use uppercase letters (Figure 1). Each legend should begin with a title and include as much information as possible so that the figure may be understood without having to read the manuscript's text. The text shouldn't repeat any of the information found in the legends.
Figure legends: These should be typed in numerical order
Supplementary Information: Separate pieces of the Supplementary Information (such as figures and tables) should be referred to wherever appropriate in the paper's main body.
Added summary figure/diagram to the Supplementary Information (optional).
Where feasible, Supplementary Information is given in a single PDF file. Within the permissible ranges for Supplementary Information, file size. Images should not exceed 640 x 480 pixels in size (9 x 6.8 inches at 72 pixels per inch).
Supplemental Data- UJER has an online repository for extra data, such as thorough details regarding procedures, validation, or experimental outcomes. This information is not included in the hardcopy but is connected to the paper in the online journal. It is required that the manuscript be submitted together with any additional data files that will be published with the article's online edition. Additional information is optional.
Unpublished, Referenced Works—Mimeos of any cited or related manuscripts that have not yet been published, as well as any additional information files that will be released alongside the article, must be included in the submission package.
Conflict of Interest - At the time the paper is submitted, any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed. It is necessary to mention any research funds or other assistance received from sources other than the authors' stated affiliations in the publication.
